He is the Area Director of Plant Operations at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fredericksburg in Virginia. Bringing over two decades of experience in acute care hospital experience to Fredericksburg, Dr. Ball joined the Encompass Health, formerly HealthSouth, Fredericksburg team in August of 2014 after relocating from HealthSouth Mountainview Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia.
